Hello, I’m FUMIO.
 I’ve been working as a diving instructor on Oahu while balancing work and raising my children, and before I knew it, 20 years had flown by. The journey hasn’t always been smooth—there were times I was pushed under by high waves, struggled to come back up, only to be swept down again. Yet, the time I spend swimming with my guests underwater has been my greatest source of healing, and it’s that joy that has kept me going all these years. 

Every day, I remind myself: “Let’s have an amazing time with our guests today!” I truly believe that if I feel the excitement and joy of the moment, it will naturally be shared with my guests. Even if I visit the same sites repeatedly, I never take the tours for granted—each tour is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for my guests. I put my heart into making sure every guest leaves with a genuine sense of happiness and satisfaction.
