Snorkeling Tour Participation Requirements

■ Health Conditions

  • Guests with heart conditions, respiratory illnesses, or those who are pregnant are not permitted to participate.
  • Anyone in generally good health is welcome to join.
  • Participation may be denied if a guest is not feeling well on the day of the tour.

■ Age & Height

  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • There is no special accommodation for infants or toddlers.

■ Swimming Ability

  • This tour is intended for guests who are comfortable in the water.
  • Non-swimmers may participate if wearing a life jacket.
  • Participation may be restricted depending on ocean conditions and safety considerations.

■ Clothing & What to Bring

  • Please wear a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet.
  • Bring a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.

■ Additional Information

  • Participation after alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests must be able to follow local rules and the instructor’s directions at all times.
  • The tour may be terminated at any time for safety reasons if instructions are not followed.

🐚Cancellation Policy🐚

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 3–5 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made earlier than 5 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
